RN (assessment nurse) PT-FT
Accelerated Care Solutions is seeking compassionate, experienced, and driven clinical assessment RN's. We offer FT and PT positions. Clinical assessment nurses must be willing to travel within the metro area to conduct face-to-face assessments in Homes, TCU's and Senior Living Communities. In addition, RN's will have opportunities for hybrid work hours (from home and/or office). Accelerated Care Solutions offers competitive wages and flexible work schedules whenever possible.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in an AL/MC or LTC setting
MN RN license in good standing in MN (WI a plus)
Must be proficient in Electronic Health Record, ie Eldermark, Point Click Care, Rtask, Epic etc.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Accountability and ability to work with minimal supervision with a spirit of excellence and collaboration
Accuracy in assessment skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
POSITIVE attitude
RN Triage PT-FT
Accelerated Care Solutions is seeking motivated self-starters that will provide virtual remote evening, overnight, weekend, and Holiday on-call triage to support our AL, MC & LTC clients. Both full-time and part-time RN triage positions with shifts ranging between 4-12 hours. Accelerated Care Solutions provides state of the art HIPPA compliant technologies that allow for telehealth calling, video calling, call recording, and reporting. This exciting opportunity allows the right candidates to work from home, and to provide skillful and much needed support to the on-site teams of direct caregivers. Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of work experience in an AL/MC or LTC setting (preferred in a supervisory role.)
MN RN license in good standing in MN (WI, IA, IL a plus)
Must be proficient in Electronic Health Record, ie Eldermark, Point Click Care, Rtask, Epic etc.
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Ability to perform calmly in stressful situations
Accountability and ability to work with minimal supervision with a spirit of excellence and collaboration
Accuracy in decision making as it relates to shared information verbally or telephonically
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
